Emotional Freedoms Technique® (EFT), or Tapping

Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as “ Tapping”,  is the un-doing of what holds us back from our fulfillment and success, in  all areas of our lives.   Studies show lasting results with this gentle tapping on our own ancient acupuncture points, while being guided through custom statements.  The process dissolves the frozen emotions from the past, that have created unwanted life patterns, and frees us into more possibilities. 

The tapping process addresses the nervous system, with the amygdala part of the brain. This allows the root cause of our blocks to be released, and allowing our wise innate healer to flow and create more emotional freedom, and therefore create the change we truly desire. The amygdale part of the brain does not have language, so there we step over telling the story over and over, and melt the block, and feel better.

There have been many studies with EFT showing it heals PTSD, anxiety, phobias, and increase well-being, relaxation and success with ease.
