What does EFT stands for? 

Emotional Freedom Techniques.  It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’


How does it work?

When gently tapping on the acupuncture points,  while verbalizing a problem, it has the effect of clearing charged and frozen emotions.  It addresses the fight or flight part of the brain, allowing for more calm, clarity to take action with more success. 


Is EFT Safe? 

Yes, it is safe and easy to do.  There are no known negative side effects.  Nothing invasive, just the gentle tapping on the Accupunture points. 


Has EFT been researched and studied for its effectiveness?

Yes, there are hundreds of studies showing its effectiveness, especially healing PTSD,  cravings, phobias,  stress and anxiety.  


Is it possible EFT will not work?

It usually always works. If  people do not choose the  real problem to work with,  it might not be as effective.  Working with a skilled EFT practitioner can assist on getting the clear  on the real problem, and then have an effective session. 


Can EFT help with my medical treatments?  

EFT can help with medical treatments by addressing the stress,  and the underling emotional reason for the medical issues.  It is highly recommend to keep up with medical treatments while using EFT. 


How many sessions required for success?  

Some issues can be cleared in a single session.  Others with deeper layers can take more time to unravel.  Typically when one issue is resolved, it also benefit the others areas of our lives. people find many other areas pf their life also improving.
